Issue???

Hey folks,
65 350 Sebring original
I don't know where to point to for this problem. Got spark at the plug, full battery and fuel delivery but she won't start.
A few days ago I could start her easily on the first or second kick. Ran smooth but with fast idle.
The throttle stop screw had fallen out. Lost.
Got a new one. Put it in and she ran rough. Opened the throttle and she died. This happened a couple of times while I tried to adjust the carb. Now she won't start.
