Were Rolle speedos om MKIII?

Hello,
Is anybody aware if Rolle Speedos were fitted to 250 Ducati singles around 1968/9? I have owned mine since about 1973 and it was fitted with it when I bought it. The speedo has 45 FEB 1967 printed on the back, so the time frame fits for a 68/9 model. The 100mph scale numbers are stuck on the glass.
Any help appreciated.
