1974 750GT PHF Jetting Survey

Hi
I’m working on a 1974 750GT resto project. The engine has stock heads, pistons and contis. I have the option of using 30 or 32mm Dellortos.
Im interested hearing from 750GT owners that are happy with their carb setups to list what components are performing well for them, for either stock PHF30 or PHF32.
I prefer replies with first hand knowledge rather than quotes from Fallon, Walker, other manuals which are slightly different and confusing.
Information sought is -
Carb size fitted, 30mm or 32mm
Slide Number
Needle Number and clip position.
Main Jet Number
Pilot (Idle) Jet Number
Fuel Octane used.
Any other comments
??
Thank you
