try www.guzzino.com they usually have these in stock for about $35.00 each plus shipping from CA Use a long steel bar with a rounded end or a piece of pipe to tap out the old bearings. They should come out relatively easy with a couple blows with a 5lb. sledge.

getting the bearing race out of the frame head is the easy part, I was refering to the tapered roller part of the bearing that is pressed onto the steering shaft.

OK this is an easy job, but you have to have the right tools and go at it slowly and very carefully..;

I have a die grainder and installed a 1/4" arbor holding a 1/16" cutting disk. I use a small one, the smaller diameter is easier to get a deeper cut in the tight quarters.

Start cutting the bearing race. You don;t have to cut all the way through the thing. Just get most of it cut.

You can tell when you are getting too deep when the metal you are cutting under the wheel turns dark blue [you are burning the metal]

When you have a nice deep kerf on each side, then get a punch and a hammer and knock the bastard off.

Needless to say, you DON'T want to cut into the steering stem
