fitting a 32mm pumper to a 450 Mk 3 single - what jets?

Im replacing the old square slide 29mm carb with a 32mm pumper. Ive had a manifold made up & only need to hack back a small amount of frame bracing to fit.
Given the 450cc single is effectively half a V twin cylinder, the jetting should be as per the cooking Darmah spec jetting i'd imagine? - anyone give me the run-down on which jets, slide, needle to use or what's fitted as standard to a Dramah?- Im going to go for a K&N but am happy to start off with ball-park settings
Ive ben told 60 pilot 122 main, 265 needle-jet - what about the rest?
