Is there a way to test Bosch transducers to determine if they are still functional? If so, are any test numbers such as electrical resistance available?

I use the easy way - install and see if they work. If I think 1 is going bad on a bike I swap the 2 and see of the problem migrates, if yes, there is the problem....
