What is the best way to lace a wheel and get everything true again?

There are articles on this if you look around. Ducati bevel twin wheels are relatively easy to build as, at least on the ones I'm familiar with, the spokes are all the same length and the rim is centred on the hub. Practise on a bicycle wheel first to get the hang of it.
