350 Racer

Hello,
Love the site, lot's of good info!
I've recently purchased a ducati 350 racebike.
I believe it's a 450 scrambler frame with a 1968 350 widecase motor.
The previous owner hadn't gotten around to some of the final details. One of which is getting the carb set up properly. It currently has a Mikuni off an old dirt bike.
I'd like to start fresh with a known good carb that's proven to work well with this motor.
Would the Dellorto PHBH be a good choice? If so which size?
