Desmo Twin Valve Opener Clearances?

Just for the record, what clearances do people use for desmo twin valve openers? The factory must be correct with its 0.08 mm intake/0.12 mm exhaust recommendation so why does the Haynes manual and Mick Walker recommend .13 mm intake/.15 mm exhaust?
