RT 450 questions

Hello all, looking at an RT 450, 1971. Missing the front fender and carb, has spark and compression I'm told. Where to source parts?
How much is a beastie like this worth?

I saw in Imola market this year a perfectly restored one, coming from the US, with documents but without the road kit (lights, stop, silencer etc), with an original racing ignition system working without battery, at 12000 euros.
Maybe you can start from there to price the bike.

Seems a bit high. the guy wants $300 US.
I didn't think they were very valuable.
