Help! 3 vs. 4 prong ignition switch installation

Trying to install subject on a 1978 Darmah. Per bevel heaven website, I have insulated the yellow/black wire and installed the 3 prong switch. I have no tail lights or instrumentation lights. I have also jumped the yellow LH switch wire to the yellow wire in the main harness with no success. Any suggestions?
