77 900ss restoration question,what direction??

I have aquired what I think is a pretty distinct SS.Documented BOTT
series racer in last raced condition as of 1982.This bike came with all
the stock stuff removed @ 1800 miles,these parts are in great condition.
The question is how to restore it,stock or race spec? Has 44 milossi
Daytona setup carbs,custom high mount exhaust.I am sure it will be for
sale when finished but what do you guys think.Thanks
