Just about to start reassembling my project. This was my fathers 1966 Scrambler that was purchased new from Brooks Cyclery in San Jose. The bike has been everything from a desert racer, hill climber and even ridden in Trails events with PITS It has been in a box for years in my garage. A broken back took me away from riding for awhile so i decided to do something constructive and rebuild the bike. With help from E-Bay and Malcolme at Sids Cycles i have a really good running bike. Finally got everything fabbed and sorted out so now it is out the Powder Coaters
( S&S in Santa Cruz ) and the Platers. Looking forward to reassembling in the next couple of weeks and attending the Vintage Ducati meeting next month at Santana Row. It will be "back" as a period correct Cafe style if you had built it in 66
