Another new joiner to the site!

I started roadracing in 1971, starting on a Thruxton Bonnie, then built a Triumph Trident motor and put it into a Rickman Mettise chassis. Then 2 seasons later I had a special Chassis built by new boys known today as Harris Performance a monoshock lightweight chassis an put the Trident engine in. I carried on with this with more tuning and it ended up by the end of 1978 900cc with a longstroke crank, works cams, works exhaust, works head and then sold it! The guy that bought it became my sponser and he funded a TZ750 and a TZ250 for one seson and then had to pull out. At this point I retired from racing. Then in 2000 I bought my old Harris triple back, it had stood in a barn for 20 odd years and restored it. I then just over a year ago purchased a little 250 Ducati, also been in a barn for donkeys years and am just finishing it's restoration.
