I'll say hello again because I was an active member of this forum until just over a year ago...I found myself in the unique position of having to actually sell one of my vintage bikes. Unfortunately it was my 75 860gt. An absolute time capsule original with very few miles. Well, the buyer was right, and the price was VERY right, so it went. 1 year and some change later, I still hate myself for it, but with a family and a business and an ailing market, you do what you need to. But alas!! The light has come back. I am leaving in the morning to pick up another 75 860gt no too far from me. The price is right. The bike seems to be a beaut. It has been sitting in a display in an office for years. So, Bevelheads...it's great to be back even though my heart never left. Cheers.

And what a welcome back it was!! The bike had'nt been started in years. I cleaned the mains and blew the carbs out and flushed the tank. It started in 2 kicks! I rode it for a while and it sputtered and spit and popped and blew blue flames from the Conti's. After 4 or so miles, it settled into a beautiful low growl. Im hooked once again. Pics to follow! Cheers all.
