Paint codes for a new project

I have just picked up a 1977 SS thats been in a shed for 18 years.
I am going to get started on the cycle parts first and was after paint codes for the Blue and Silver.
Is the frame the same colour silver as the body work?
I want to get the stripes painted on so could some one take some photos and sizes for me.
