I've gotten the nipples off, but buggered if I can shift the old spokes from the hibs; any tips and tricks guys? 1976 900SS.

It's ok; I cut a few spokes (leaving about 4" - 5" spoke), wiggled out the hub and the remaining spokes and then beat the spokes out of the hub!

Removing old spokes from hubs??
