What to use for polishing out some scratches on the fairing screen ?

I have used toothpaste (Paste not Gel) with good results.

Martin,
Try using Brasso if you can still buy it. Rub gently in a circular motion and leave to dry then polish off. It won't take out deep scratches, just the light scuffs.

I've has some success with one of those car bodywork, 'Back to Black'-type, polishes ...
