"new" biker from sweden

Hi
My name is Anders Hakansson and live an work in south Sweden, I,m 40 years old and had a poster of an 750 ss on the wall in my teenage room as a kid, it took me until recently before i could get my hands on one ,10 years ago i put out ads in magazines in search of a 750 but no luck..i am about 50/50 a technical idiot and bike rider and do my own restoration on my bikes.
My bikes are :
Kawasaki z 1300 1979 a beuty
Honda cbx 1047 1979 a beuty
Ducati mhr 900(1000cc) 10,5:1 comp,conti(ncr repl) a beuty
Ducati 750 ss 1976 long gone restoration
