Rebuilding OEM Marzocchi Suspension

Post by dlearl476 »

Anybody have any good, or bad, experiences with shops rebuilding OEM shock and forks? I tried several of my sources from BMW contacts, and nobody wanted to mess with them. The closest I came was a "we'll look and see" from GP Engineering.

rebuild forks

The forks on my bevel were the first forks i have ever done.It isnt very difficult if you are realitively mechinacally inclined. Just take you time and make a drawing of everything that comes apart.I used 20 wt fork oil and they seem to work fine> ps since doing my forks i have done the seals on all of my bikes and it gets easier every time.
