just got new swing arm bushes & pin
the pin doesnt fit the bushes
supplier told me bushes need to be fitted and line reamed to suit pin
anyone familiar with this process?

Yep, an engineering shop will do it for you, get them to press the bushes in then ream them to suit. Just check your swing arm pin is not worn, you can buy oversized pins if need be.

I would only add, you want to specify a push fit not a slip fit or you might be loose right out the gate.
