I have a 69 mark 3 350 desmo and the carb leaks at the idle adjustment screw. I can see the needle move everytime i adjust it as there is a hole right there and it is leaking from the hole. any suggestions as what to do? thanks a lot.

Sounds like the fuel level is high or float sticking, have you checked the level? . Give the chamber a tap !!
