Dear members:

I have enjoyed this site for years as I have tried to find the time and courage to go out to my garage and dust off my 74 750GT. I have not started the bike in some 13 years, but now have rebuilt the carbs, changed the oil, and bought a cheap battery. Several knowledgeable folks have told me to just kick it over, if it still spins freely, but I have a looming fear of something blowing up.

Any good advice?

remove the plugs and kick it over. If you can have a buddy push you up and down the street in gear a bit, that would help get oil around the engine.

Then just start kickin man!

Good DEAL! Another one will come out into the light!
