Hello to all from the sunny UK.
I had an ss back in 1981 and finally got another a couple of months ago. The bike was bought in South Africa brand new by the guy I bought it off.
It's currently running 32mm carbs but I'm on holiday in the States in January so intend to buy a set of bigger carbs off steve and 'smuggle' them back to the UK.
The first thing I did to the bike when I got it home was remove the fork stickers !
I'm looking forward to a long, hot British summer next year
Don't know if you are interested in the 888's but I also have an SP4 and SP5.
