Somehow or other i am determined to get all the crud out.I will put the bike on its nose to drain the gearbox area . I have been surprised by the continuing slow trickle of gunk over a week of being on the side stand.On my single I drain off the oil (hot) leaving the oil to stand in a tall container till i intend to use the bike. Any unwanted stuff stays in the container.
