S2 into MHR?

I believe that the S2's mille's included are essencially the same bike as the MHR, the only differnece being cosmetic? if so i am trying to find out if i can cosmetically change an S2 into a MHR.....anyone done this before?

How much do you want to spend on a Mille ? I'm thinking about selling mine for 20k AU

dude......20k! i'm sure its worth it, but that exactly why i want to find out if i can convert a S2 into a MHR as there are a few S2's around that are waaayyyy cheaper than 20k......good luck

how much cheaper?-martin will probably know,but i thought a full set of mhr body panels would be fairly expensive-then you've got paint and decals-and then probably bracketry.

Were are talking AU$20k not Canadian or US
and why would you want to change one of the rarest Ducati's ever made with only about 100 or so made world wide , in years to come they will be worth a bit

why would i want to change? (got be careful around you purists eh!) well i wouldnt want to change a mint S2....but i know of a S2 that isnt original and is need of some luvin.....and mate i aint got 20g's...

i know an S2 that i could probably get for about 7k spend 5k and you can do the maths i'm sure, so that why.....and sorry to say that it wouldnt be an exact MHR, probably have some NCR in there as well, but something like that so i guess you would call that "custom" i hope thats not a swear word around here

back to the thread.....does anyone know if it all fits????? a MHR body kit on a S2.....
