Hello fellow Ducatisti

Post by Sam B Bass »

Hello all,
Been lurking for a bit. Holding out for the right classic Ducati. I'm pretty sure that I'll find what I'm looking for. Just takes time.

I have a 2006 749 Dark. It has a few mods on it. I'm sure you've heard this before!

Anyways. I love all the bikes made buy Ducati, except the Panta and Darma's. I'm to young to know or care much about old school racers.

All I know is that I would like to keep the Ducati looking like the champ they are.

I don't hack and slash bikes. I don't bobb or lower bikes. If anything a pair of clip-ons to replace the handle bar. But no more.

Say a Diana or a Mach 1, Mark 3
I'm pretty open to any year between the Mariana (found one for $70,000 in the UK  ) and the early 70's.

I like the cafe racer. But not so it gives me an excuse to wear a skull cap and gogles. I love them because they are to me the beginning of modern day road racing. They are a true work of art. Simple, clean, classy, cotoure styling, and a true treasure.
