Evening all (NZ)

Post by Kickaha »

Located in Rangiora, NZ

I'd owned a Darmah a few years ago, but had sold it to finance 250 Superkart racing and had a few Jappas in between as well as racing pre82 bikes and F1 Sidecars (which I still do)

But last weekend I bought one of my dream bikes a 1985 MHR Mille

flew down to Invercargill and the next day rode it the long way home 600-700km

I bloody love it, La Bella Italiano

Noticed the front forks ? they wre on the bike when I bought it in 95

I'm still undecided if I should sell it or not (make an offer), since there was only 1111 of the Milles made might well be worth hanging onto

M1R?

I am looking at upgrading the suspension as the forks are leaking and have to come apart anyway I am finding out about fitting emulators and have already had pricing on Ohlins for the rear

It also needs a bit of carb tuning as it has a hesitation around 3-4000rpm and a minor oil leak fixed

A better picture of the right lower fork leg would help, is that an adjuster on it?
