Spark Plug - what one??

Post by U can call me AL »

1974 Ducati 450 Desmo. Can anyone recomend what spark plug I need for this bike?
The motor has been rebuilt to factory standard. If it helps, the bike will be operating in a
Mediterranean type climate. All suggestions welcome. A photo of work in progress,
almost.....that tantalising word.....almost.(also posted in singles photo gallery)
Thanks
Al

Hi Al,

I use an NGK B7HS in Perth in my 250 and it seems to burn perfectly. Using a BPnxx plug (protruding) and the electrode just touches the piston, so "P"'s are out for me.

Look forward to seeing the finished product around town. There's a number of us with singles and twins that go for breakfast rides, so feel free to PM me if you want to join in some time.
