new owner/old bike

The bike 1974 750GT. Sitting in a neighbors basement for years. Agreed to sell.
Now I need to prepare for resurrection.
carb kits come with bike. Is there a tutorial on carbs anywhere?
Next I need a front brake master cylinder and to spend time going through everything.
Any guidance offered will be appreciated

There is a steel left hand side cover for a 750 GT for sale in Spain.
Look up item no. 20968281 on Todo Coleccion.
120 Euros plus postage.
