I'm searching for a speedometer drive assembly for a '74 750 Sport. I lost mine accidentally in a parts swap several years ago and have a spacer in its place. Anyone have a spare or know where I might find one? The speedo is a Veglia 141.

I couldn't find one (cough) "locally" but remembered these - http://www.mdinaitalia.co.uk/cgi-bin/co ... =079538630 - which would appear to be correct for both models.

Wow! Thanks, and no apology needed. I was told by a DomiRacer fellow that I'd never find one. I'm so glad I found this group.

I bought a 73 GT new then bought the 74 Sport in about 1980. Had a few "incidents" that put the bikes out of commission off and on, then inherited a 74 BMW 900 from a friend and have been driving it daily for the last 20 years or so. Sold the GT in a basket and am trying to get my beloved sport back on the road. The tank is being sealed and I hope Steve can help with my list of parts.

Reproduction 23/11's for 19 inch front wheels (Veglia and Smiths gauges) are pretty readily available to my knowledge. BH certainly used to have them. Originals with the "VEGLIA" name stamped on them are much harder to come across.
