do you have experience with phpbb forum software?

I need help with this forum software. I finally managed to find someone to update the software to the latest version but, there are problems with it that the person helping nor I could figure out. Some server pathway settings etc, way above my skillset.

If you know about these things or know someone who does - please get ahold of me. I am willing to pay for your service straightening it all out for everyone.
