Flywheel Removal Help
I need help...what are the ways to safely remove flywheel on 1965 Ducati Monza 250 (part 400/450 in spare parts manual, page 24/26)?

Hi and Welcome to the Forum.
You HAVE to use the right puller - and even then it might need some heat and persuasion. These pullers seem to be not so easy to find these days; but go, for example:

... and read what Steve says. Because there were 2 sizes, and you must have the right one.
P.s Steve seems to be out of stock of the small one (which is what you should have). However, Ducati Vintage have a model which fits both sizes:
