Is there a tool to remove..........

Post by bradp51 »

Gents
I have a Darmah and just trying to remove the screw in gland or bush that seals the ignition pick up wires on the clutch cover. I have removed the first locking ring but having problems with the larger one.

Any ideas appreciated.

cheers

take the clutch cover off and make sure that the sometimes present nut inside is removed.... Other than that, if you have the PLASTIC gland nut, unless it is leaking oil just leave it in place and replace the gland nut grommet only. Do know that if you snap that gland nut, I sell the components individually or a complete assembly, both the original style all black plastic ones and the newer ones that are brass painted black.
