Mille S2, Hello from Brisbane Australia

Post by rb057 »

Thanks for the welcome.
Our family has a Mille S2, owned since the late 1980’s.
Was a great bike to ride back in the day, when it worked... (Ahh “character”!)
The poor old thing has been in storage and not running for the last 15 years, some care and attention is long overdue.
Needs a good going over to get it back on the road. 100% original, except for one replica side panel. From memory it had only done 35k km when we got it and today it has 55k km on the clock.
Regards
Roger

Hey Roger, thanks for registering and checking in. It will be a fun project for you, I have all the carb and brake bits in stock + most likely whatever else you may need (gasket/seal kits, chain/sprockets, cables etc etc)

Have fun, take your time and take good notes and photos as you take things apart... Lastly please update us with your progress and any questions you will have. Enjoy

Appreciate that Steve, good to know.
It will. be a slow methodical journey & yes, everything that contains fluid has leaks...
