1966 Ducati single brake identifiation

I have a 1966 springer 350single set up for 350GP class. Some of the build was done before I acquired the bike. I am having a heck of a time identifying the TLS front brake setup. Any input would be great! Also seem to be unable to post an image from my PC, any help on posting images?

click EDIT
choose the ATTACHMENTS tab on the bottom
click ADD FILES
choose an image from your hard drive
look for the STATUS bottom right to show a green check
click PLACE INLINE
