I'm Gene Rankin from Madison, returned to bikes in 1995, after a long hiatus, with a whale-tail Darmah, built 10/1977 (attached):
I started BevelHeads in 1997 when the big Ducati lists didn't have much info about our bikes, focusing instead on what I called RubberDuckies (the ones with rubber bands driving the valves). BevelHeads is a listserv, has about 500 subscribers worldwide, and we also have a page on Facebook - which allows posting the photos that the list can't.
