This engine also has a dry clutch from a Monster which helps keep the oil clean for longer.

No, not plug and play, but not terrible either. The hardest part was making the inner clutch drive with the right splines.
I really should have made more than one. It all fit nicely in the Brook Henry housing.

Ok thank you.
But then, in addition, you change all the system of discs/plates to be "dry" instead of "in oil" and I suppose also that the oil circuit is changed accordingly?

You can install a dry clutch without changing the oil circuit. I just did both at the same time. There is a dry clutch kit here on Bevelheaven.
