put clutch back together and need to screw down the cheese head bolts onto the clutch springs, do I tighten to level with clutch top face or further compress springs. Thanks andy 350 scr

Your 350 clutch looks unremarkable from the drawings. Tighten all the way otherwise the bolts can work themselves loose. I've always done this progressively, like lug nuts on a car wheel. I could not find a torque setting for this job but couldn't find one form my old MHR either.
