Hello,
Does anyone have any idea how many 250/350/450 Silver Shotguns were sold new in Australia and NZ respectively?
I'm particularly interested in how many 450's were sold new in NZ (having one of them myself).
Any ideas?

There is a list of import figures for Australia on this web site under Technical Information>Data Index>Ducati Import Figures Australia.
Good Luck

Hi Joe,
Right under my nose - thanks for that!
Interesting chart in terms of rarity verses value now. If everything was based on numbers, a 750 Paso should be more valuable than a bevel 750 SS! Amazing to see how many 750 Sports were imported (308), considering the outrageous figures they're fetching now. Then compare what you pay for a MHR (326 imported) to a 900SS (a whooping 1003 imported) - things are certainly out of whack in this regard. It looks like quite a few Silver Shotguns were imported, although it's not clear where the line between these and their yellow successor is drawn - but all up between '71 and '74 it claims 491 were brought into Aus.
Does anyone know if these figures include bikes that went to NZ - or did we get them straight from Ducati?
Better start stock-piling 750 Paso's...
