Darmah on aviation fuel

has anyone run a Darmah on Avgas?
I have access to some and some research shows yes but I want to check anyway
1980 SD900 PHF32 Carbs

Avgas 100LL is a gasoline fuel for piston engine aircraft. Avgas 100LL has lean
mixture minimum octane rating of 99.6 while its rich mixture octane rating exceeds 130.
Avgas 100LL, also known as Avgas 100/130 Low Lead, has a maximum lead content of
0.56 gm/litre.

If you have it and don't mind the cost, go ahead and use it. The Darmah doesn't need octane that high and it won't really give you that rocket fuel feeling but it is probably of a more consistent quality and cleaner.

Exactly what I was thinking, I was after better protection with the lead + better quality of fuel. At the same time I didn't want to put any more pressure on the engine and damage it in anyway
