Hello all,
Can anyone tell me the how to check/measure the rear master cylinder to see if its a 12 or 15mm in size.
Currently fitted to a whaletail Darmah.
Just want to either kit it or get a whole new unit if kit and reservoir is not available.
Thanks in advance.

The front and rear should both be 15mm; same rebuild kits for both master cylinders. Part no. 079539739

Ok thanks , my master cylinder has a screw on type reservoir , not sure if that is a telltale for the size of the MC.
Excuse the ignorance , it’s just that I was told by 2 experience Ducati mechanics that it is a 12mm MC.

Look at parts manual for Darmah, part number 18:

Re: Rear master cylinder
if its the factory MC then it is in fact the same bore as the front and uses the same kit. Yes there are identical units out there that are 12mm found on some PANTAH bikes.
