TLS brake identification

[1966Duc]

I have a 1966 springer 350 single set up for 350GP class. Some of the build was done before I acquired the bike. I am having a heck of a time identifying the TLS front brake setup. Any input would be great! Also seem to be unable to post an image from my PC, any help on posting images?
