speedometer disassembly?

I'm trying to remove the chrome bezel on a monza 160 speedometer to clean the inside of the glass. The bezel rotates freely, but seems like there should be a tab (in back) to release it. What's the trick? just pry it off?

They do 1st class work and the unit will come back like new, dont risk damaging it for the sake a few dollars
