Purchased years ago for a project that never got done. Fitted to my SS very briefly so slightly used. 38mm diameter to fit bevel Dukes. $100 US plus shipping from Canada. Missing one rubber end cap where a bar end mirror was fitted. I believe they were called Black Commanders at the time.
