1974 750 Sport Verlicchi Headlight Mounts

Does anyone have a spare set of Verlicchi headlight ears for a 750 Sport? Or know of any reproductions that are available? I have been trying to locate a pair for seemingly forever.

I might have pair. How can you tell which ones are for a 750 Sport?

They have black ears with 3 holes I believe. the bands that fit the forks are chrome and fit 38mm forks. I can email a picture of what they look like.
