Does anyone know if the rear loop of the 750 was cut on the Imola to accomodate the seat?

The 750 GT and very early Sports which shared the same frame were wider across the seat than teh later SS models but there is a single seat available for them through the usual parts suppliers. Try Steve Allen, he may have one available. Some people have narrowed GT frames but personally, I think it is not a great move, as it reduces the total number of GT frames left for future restorations. Ultimately it's the owner's choice though.
