Can anyone measure The Mille crankgear

Post by hedton »

I just realized that the 900 wetclutch crankgear differs from the Mille crankgear.

I've attached a drawing from the wetcluchmodel.

Could anyone check if the cone and height are the same?

Or can someone lend me one to measure or for sending it to Nova....

Or has someone one for sale?

It's for my project to make a straightcut gearset for the Mille with modern EVR clutchbasket.

Thanks in advance

Vee Two sells straight cut primary gear sets for the Mille engine, I've got them in my bike
I do have the OEM helical cut gears somewhere and I "believe" the taper and the other details are the same as the wet clutch square case bikes but the ratio is different

Veetwo does not have them.
I was told a few years ago that they should make them again, but no response yet.
