Thanks Paddy, I did find this diagram...

However, my forks don't seem to have an allen bolt on the underside of the bottom tube. I am going to pull the forks again shortly, and double check. Thanx!

Hey guys, I have a 250 scrambler, and am having issues with the forks. The spring/rebound on them is really rough. For instance if I hold the front brake and lean forward to compress the forks, they will actually 'hang' after being compressed a few inches, and I have to pull back on the bars to get ...

...thanx for the response chim...

...I was a little rusty on spoking, so it took me a bit to realize the different bends in the inner vs. outter spokes. After getting that sorted out, I was able to get the rim spoked. Its is on the truing wheel as we speek!

..thanx Steve, I looked at the rear light bulb, and it looks to be 6v, so I am assuming there was no voltabe change from the stock voltage. Is/was that a common change on the duc singles...to upgrade to 12 volts?
