Hi looking to buy a wiring harness for a 66 monza 250 and a horn Thanks Mark

Hi all, i am in the process of restoring a 66 monza, i am restoring the wheels at this time ,i have found some takasago excel rims 18x 1.85 36 holes would these fit on my 250 also is there such a thing as rear rim and a front rim. thanks Mark
